Faced with greater expectations than ever before due to the pandemic situation, FITUR was held in person from 19 to 23 May. Eventokia collaborated in the organisation of the Basque Stand and also developed the Contingency Plan with all the anti-covid-19 measures to show a safe destination. A special edition with an organisation that took care of every detail.

From Wednesday onwards, Basque professionals from the sector held meetings in the stand's work area, which this year has been extended. In addition, there were numerous presentations of the different destinations and entities of the Basque Country, as well as institutional and protocolary acts carried out by representatives of the Basque Government's Department of Tourism, Trade and Consumer Affairs.


Eventokia organises interactive webinars on Wednesdays for one of its scientific societies where members and collaborators can actively participate and share first-hand experiences.

A virtual solution that in the future will share existence with face-to-face events.


Eventokia organised the XXXII SEPYPNA National Congress the week of 12-17 April.

After a year of postponement and several adaptations, we were able to enjoy this congress virtually. Subsequent analysis shows that it continues to be the benchmark meeting point for this sector.


Eventokia organised the Congress of the Basque-Navarre Association of Haematology and Haemotherapy (ASOVASNA) in virtual format on 12 and 13 May.

The virtual format allowed us to generate a space where a great debate took place, learning about the latest advances in haematology and haemotherapy from the best experts. In addition, it was an event with the possibility of interaction with chat questions and televoting.

Eventokia organised this hybrid event on 2 December 2020, a fusion between face-to-face and virtual. From the 24th floor of the Iberdrola Tower in Bilbao, a unique space with a large set, we made live connections to experts from all over Europe.

At the conference on Road Safety in the Basque Country, 2030 Sustainable Development Goal, we had speakers of the highest level who spoke about sustainable mobility, and offered their experiences to reduce accident rates and share global policies aimed at achieving a 'Vision 0' accidents in road safety. In addition, we implemented all the safety protocols.
